前幾天的文章《九月，我被下架了5款產(chǎn)品！》中有提到我有兩個ASIN因為listing中加入了被其他賣家注冊了商標的單詞，被知識產(chǎn)權投訴而下架。

為了讓更多的賣家朋友避坑，特將此商標名稱和涉及的產(chǎn)品公布出來。有在賣同類型產(chǎn)品的賣家趕緊去檢查刪除，以后想賣此款產(chǎn)品的就不要再加這個“關鍵詞”了。

首先，這款產(chǎn)品的名稱是：shoe charms，是一款用于洞洞鞋或者手環(huán)上面的裝飾品，小孩和大人都能用，所以市場很大。

這款產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)勢有如下幾點：

1、產(chǎn)品采購成本低，單品投入成本不大，但利潤可觀；

2、產(chǎn)品可以組合的款式、數(shù)量很多，相對來說容易做差異化；

3、產(chǎn)品重量輕，適合發(fā)快遞，方便發(fā)貨、補貨。

而這次侵權的商標是：JIBBITZ
